Granpa PC Upgrade

Some weeks ago, my granpa computer started to have some problems. After some testing, I discover that one of the HDDs was falling (the number of bad sector begin to increase rapidly). Anyway, after I fix this problem, he decided that he wants to upgrade his current system because it is very old and painfully slow (he is running a Phenom x4 945 with 4GB of DDR2, I think). So, I was thinking about buying this parts:

I will keep the remaining HDDs and the PSU from his current PC. He use the computer mainly for surfing the web and Office.

 

What do you think about the parts chosen? Should I change something?

Looks about ok, You'd be fine with 4gigs of ram (unless he likes to keep more than 20 tabs open in chrome ;-) ) but 8 gigs is always nice to have.

Grandpa realistically probably won't need a Skylake Core i3, ddr4 ram, a 50 dollar case or a hectic motherboard. I would scale it wayyyy back if I was you.
