Looks fine! PSU is overkill, you can go cheaper and probably still get a higher quality one. I would really highly suggest an SSD though - it's a drastic improvement in so many ways.

SSD, and different PSU.

 

For PSU I would recommend an EVGA 650w G2/GQ/GS, XFX XTR 650w, Antec HGC.

For SSD I would recommend something like the Samsung 850 EVO, Kingston HyperX, Kingston Savage, Crucial BX 100, OCZ Trion 100, plus some others.

But what resolution do you play on and what games do you play? Because that matters a lot!!!
