First Time Builder Looking for Suggestions

The CX600 with that kind of rig is a big no-no.

I recommend the EVGA G2 550W instead.

you might be able to get a better performance GPU... The nano is cool and all but not really necessary unless your building a small PC....

What do you plan to do with the system? If your gaming you don't really need 16 gb of ram but for video it'll help. Also for the cpu cooler if you want a liquid cooler awesome but there are some really really good air coolers for around that price point. But if you're going for silence the I'd stick with the water cooler. Also a r9 nano is a bit of overkill for a 1080p monitor. I'd recommend getting a better monitor and maybe one thats an IPS monitor as it will have much better viewing angles and colors. But if response time is all you care about that monitor will do fine but again a r9 nano is pretty overkill for it. Also here's a good power supp;y that's cheaper and has a higher wattage and is made by EVGA https://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-110b10750vr . Hope I could help!

Its really for gaming and watching videos. I play games like CS:GO and GTA V or any FPS. If the Nano is overkill do you have any suggestions for a GPU?

For a first time build you probably shouldn't do a water cooled CPU because closed and custom water cooled systems can leak and you dont want to risk it for a first build. But, its your money so you can do what ever feels best to you.

Exactly, the CX600 isn't suited for gaming rigs. I wouldn't risk pairing that PSU with that build.

EDIT: I meant the PSU, not the Nano. The GPU is fine, the PSU isn't.

I'd probably recommend something like a r9 280 or r9 380 or r9 380x. The 280 is just a little bit better but if you get the 380 or 380x then you could get an AMD freesync monitor to get rid of tearing.
