Well.... How much space does your HDD have?

Also, things I would upgrade

S'more RAM

980 Ti

CPU Cooler (Liquid CPU cooler? H100i or X61?)

That's about as much as I would upgrade.

Your build is almost exactly like mine.. But i have the r9 390, I would say either upgrade to the r9 390 or if you have enough a gtx 980ti

OOOORRRRR upgrade the size of your ssd... also get some noctua fans bro...

I personally am waiting for the corsair spec alpha case, because honestly I find it amazballs

check out the case because its sweeeet...

i see no reason for a cpu upgrade

About 300 but I can wait a bit to make more money to upgrade.

And my PC is a gaming rig.

Well, since you have actual issues occurring, then first off I would try and isolate your bottleneck rather than just randomly guess.  Try using some utilities, like GPU-Z or MIS Afterburner, to monitor your system while you are playing and see whether its your CPU or GPU or RAM that is maxing out.

I'm not planning on upgrading the CPU, just overclocking it, and the extra fans were a good idea, think I might just get those for the time being and get a 980 or something later down the road.

I think before the 980ti I will be switching cases, because the s340 dosen't have many places to put fans

The main reason I'm looking to upgrade is because in some of the games I play, I experience stuttering and frame drops.

What resolution are you gaming at? If you haven't already done so, try lowering some of the game settings until things smooth out for you.

Also, how good is your Internet speed? Is it sufficient for online gaming?

the s340?! it has 4 fan mounting areas...2 in the front an one in the back and one on the top

if you get a 980ti i dont think you will need or find a decent case with more fan options, the h440 might work, idk

My main problem with the s340 is that if you want to install a liquid cooler you HAVE to mount the radiator on the ONLY filtered fan intake, which is a problem for case flow/pressure.

I think if I'm going to get a new case, it'll be a fractal design, corsair or cooler master case, the NZXT cases aren't really my favorite, And I bought the s340 because it was cheap and it looked good.

i personally wouldn't get a water cooler in case it leaks. i would recomend getting something like the hyper 212 evo.

I was talking about a self-contained water cooler, such as the corsair h100i, and even still, if you do custom water cooling right, it shouldn't leak.

and it CAN leak, but I am willing to take that risk.
