Zotac 980ti Omega or Amp Extreme?

On Amazon, the Omega is 33 bucks less.  Would it be better to just get the Amp Extreme or is it barely a difference?  In reference, it will be on a Vizio D40u-D1 4k TV.

get the cheaper one. They both have very good coolers , the amp extreme might have a few more power phases , but that shouldn't come in handy unless you do extreme overclocking.
