I've used this in a few systems and currently the laptop variant in my laptop with no problems so far so I can recommend it. If you want to go used check out ebay and see what you can find :)

You're mostly likely only going to find it on used sites (eBay is a good bet) and depending on what you want it might not be cheap. From my observations about 6 months ago, DDR2 is old enough now that it's starting to rise in price due to scarcity (especially when it comes to new parts)
