mouse help my scroll wheel wont work

So I've just recently built my pc and i have only got one problem left.

My mouse, the scroll wheel doesn't work.

it is not the mouse because it works on other pcs and I have also tried other mice.

i updated all my drivers and all that jazz, but still nothing.

its a razer deathadder and im using windows 7 and any ideas or input will be greatly appreciated

Well I've never heard of an issue like this before...

Use USBDeview to find and uninstall all related drivers, then plug it back in and wait 10 minutes. If that doesnt work, go on the razor website and see if there is a driver or program

I completed the uninstall of all the drivers, waited, plugged it back in and that didn't work. So i guess its on to the razer site again
