Yea, the top cage is connected to the 5.25' bays.

I don't think so... You have to remove the bottom cage in order to get it in. If I were you, I'd get a single 480mm radiator and put it in the top slot.

if you remove the bottom one the top cage can stay ? because i only need one cage not both. And I have already 2x 360 on my haf stacker but I want to change my case
