Youre saving a lot of money with a cheaper motherboard and locked i5s dont need an afternarket cooler, so you can probably upgrade to a 380x or 390.

if you can afford that along with the 4GB R9 380 yeah i would do that...you can use the stock intel heatsink for a while and just get maybe a 30$ cooler master hyper 212 down the road as an upgrade (for quieter operations mainly, lower temps as well but the stock cooler can do fine as well especially if you're not too picky in regards to noise.)

well i never OC. so water cooling is maybe too much for that? just get air cooling system?

yeah something like that is plenty...like i said even the stock cooler that come with the CPU would be perfectly fine...i would go with a cheap cooler such as the cooler master hyper 212 for example.

I was thinking about getting AF 140's from corsair with red LED. That will pump up the style
