My friend thinks he can get at least $200 on these.

All working parts. I have no interest in these and he just wants advice.

You won't get anywhere near $200 for that combo. The cpu, mobo, and ram are probably worth around $100 together. 

My personal rig - 4790k 4.8Ghz, Asus Z97 Pro (wi-fi ac), Corsair Dominator Plat 4x8GB, SLI GTX 1080 TI FE, Samsung 850 Evo 1TB, Crucial MX100 512GB, EVGA G3 1000W, and cooled by a hardline liquid cooling loop.

From what I can find on ebay and others, i see that the i7 860 is the only big item to sale at $70. Ram is pretty cheap I would say max 25 dollars these days used. I don't know about the others. So I might tell him about 110 Max.
