GPU bugging whole pc

Hi, 
I was wondering if you could help me fix my pc. I have build my first pc but my graphics card does not work. all the controls work on the case without the card but when i plug it in the PCI slot and put the VGA cables into the card from the PSU it bugs everything out.
Do you think you can solve this problem?

what's the wattage on your PSU?

yes i did, what i mean is the power switch on my nzxt h440 case works when the GPU is connected

Power cables pushed in all the way in? Not even a single PIN can not be touching.... 

Also, you Power Supply could not be able to supply enough power to your GPU. An AMD card is way different than an Nvidia card.

What are your specs?
