I would probably just go with the cheapest one since you have a locked processor, you probably wont be doing any major overclocking.

Intel i7-5820k OC'ed to 4.2GHz @1.225 V; w/ Corsair H110i GTX2x Asus Strix 980ti's; Asus Rampage V Extreme; 16GB (2x8GB) Crucial Ballistics GDDR4 RAM; EVGA 1000P2 psu

http://www.3dmark.com/3dm/8608142 boost clock of 1493MHz

I personally like EVGA

I have an Anet A8 as my project printer and a i3 MK3 for when I want things to work.

I extrude my own filament and haven't saved a penny yet.

Not the DC2, the ACX2.0+ is better and has fanless mode (though it's an easy mod) and the SSC is clocked higher... it all depends on the prices..

The Strix, that 4GB Frame Buffer will really come in handy more thatn the SSC's higher Clock unless it's also a 4GB in witch case that's the way to go

A 960 isn't going to be limited by the 2GB frame buffer. Just get whatever is cheapest/with an aesthetic you like most.

There are certain select scenarios where a 960 is limited by it's frame buffer, and the 4GB would help. But more often than not, they have basically the same performance (at 1080). Source: http://www.hardocp.com/article/2015/08/04/msi_geforce_gtx_960_gaming_4g_video_card_review/10

I would go with the Strix but that's because I own a Strix 980 and absolutely love it. ;)

The Strix has fanless mode as well.

For those saying 2gb vs 4GB doesn't matter; I say just grab a 4GB version even if it's a little more money. Better to have the headroom than not.

Wasn't that only the DCIII, even without the fan-less mode the EVGA is cooler and quieter than the DCII and probably higher clocked at a similar or lower price..

I liked the DCII but it's old and not as competitive anymore.

960 Strix is a smaller version of the DCUII cooler. (dual fans, looks like an owl). But really, the 960 doesn't make enough heat for any 960, regardless of brand, to have any cooling issues. What's a few degrees here and there? ;) Also, factory clocks are somewhat irrelevant as the silicon lottery determines highest stable OC.

Really, can't go wrong with any of them. Again, only other thing I would say is just get the 4GB version even if it costs a bit more.
