Compatible RAM

I have purchased the Xeons E5 2670 and the Intel DX79SR motherboard. On the boardsboards specs page it says it supports unbuffered DDR3 ecc RAM. I would like to use ECC RAM but I can't find any unbuffered RAM. If someone could help me find some I would be very appreciative. I am looking for 16GBs of RAM I do not care of it is in 8 or 4GB sticks. I would also like this to be as cheap as possible because my budget is running low so I am fine buying from Ebay used. Also I am in the US. Thank you for your help.

Sorry if this is a stupid question I am confused by ecc ram but is registered and buffered the same thing?
