Grab a Z170 motherboard, otherwise you cannot overclock that CPU.

 

Are you XFiring? Otherwise, just grab a cheaper EVGA G2 650W.

Here, twice the CPU threads, larger SSD, and I would not trust that 3TB drive to live very long given it's price point, get a WD red 3TB drive, or an HGST 4tB drive, they're 100/150, but do you really even need that much storage?
