The i7-6700k has 20 PCI-E lanes, so you'll be able to run both cards in SLi using 8x 8x on PCI-E 3.0. This means you'll have no performance issues whatsoever, and it should be just fine. As far as space goes, it looks like they should fit just fine as well! :)
