Changed your PSU to one which is more reliable. If you think the PSU is overkill, it really isn't. It also costs the same (for some reason) than the 650W one.

You can get Windows 10 @ Reddit for only 20 bucks.

Problem is that im building it in Malaysia . $1000 is about RM (ringgit malaysia)4500. And some brands like XFX are hard to find. Wanna know if this websites ships internationally especially Newegg.

Well you're probably screwed then, look for the i5 4460 with an H97 board if it's cheaper than skylake, otherwise it looks fine don't get a USB wireless adaptive for heavy use though, you're going to want something that's PCI-e
