Support for ATX mobo and ATX PSU. , 240 mm cooler, side panel window, hard drive caddies able to be rearranged/removed, 

Size: compact Mid Tower, sound dampening foam included, fan filters, front I/O with USB 2 and 3

The Define s is more oriented towards water cooling since it has many mounts for that. the define R5 is more oriented towards silence without compromises.

What do you guys think of the Carbide Air 540? Is it pretty portable compared to the other Mid tower cases?

Portable? Probably not. That thing is big even by ATX standards. Good case, though.
