Not booting

So I have just installed a new 980Ti SLI setup and went to plug everything back in and because I have never met a computer that will just work...

I uplugged all but my SSD and one stick of memory (I have left my SLI installed) and I got error code A2

I unplugged all but one HDD and one stick of memory (I have left my SLI installed) and I got error code 32/31 that alternate.

 

I have tried plugging into the display port on the mobo and one of the 980Tis and not gotten video.

1. Does it matter what card I plug into to get a picture....?

2. What the crap else am I doing wrong....?

So I figured it out...sadly....

 

My newly installed 980Ti SLI is preventing startup....so to prevent me from killing someone what do I try?

I get video out of each individually.

is the sli bridge plugged in?
