upgrading and form factor change

My main rig is an Fx-8320 paired with a R9 290 windforce on a gigabyte GA-970A-D3p i have a overkill evga 850 watt gold PSU and i have a blu-ray and a 2TB SSHD

 

My interest is to swap to a m-itx or m-atx case and motherboard that will accept my graphics card. i know there are no AM3+ socket mitx boards but if there is a cheapish solution from intel i amthinking of switching over. the biggest limitations is my full size PSU and huge GPU.

 

does anyone know of compact cases that can accommodate my blu-ray drive and my GPU? I am in the army so space is something i am limited on. i have a mild gaming laptop but i would rather have my desktop setup for my gaming. any suggestions appreciated.

forgot to mention i have 4 sticks of 4GB ram so i know i will likely lose 8GB by switching
