So i updated my motherboard bios. It said it was successful. Then when it starts up nothing has just a black screen. I was able to get to the bios menu. I check my ssd where my windows is installed. it says its in a frozen status. What does that mean? I have a photo so look. PLs help me. What do i do?

No i have not done that and let me try that. I will message you back and see if i works.

In order for me to get into the bios i have to Remove the Cmos and then put it back. Is that normal?
