New build doesn't boot up

Hello guys,

 

i put together my new pc today, everything seems to be fine, however if i push the power button everything starts working, but it doesn't boot. The monitor is plugged, but stays in power saving mode, like the pc would is switched off. Any idea what could be the problem?

I plugged all the pins like it is in the desc., I also put the cpu in the correct way, i have no idea what i did wrong..

Move the RAM into the other slots, try just one DIMM. What board? Can we have specs?

Are all sticks of ram all in correctly. I once didn't fully plug it in and because of that it wouldn't boot. If not it is most likely that you looked over something and forgot to do it.

it says that that processor does not have a gpu...do you have a gpu?

yes currently a gt 630 planing to upgrade soon

so, all fans are spinning and keep spinning when you press the power button?

yes, all the fans are spinning, the cpu cooler, the case fans, the gpu fans

 

i also tried putting the RAMinto the other slot, noting changed

yeah the ramis plugged in corretly, even tried the other slot

try taking out the gpu and putting it back in again....disconnect any hard drives or ssds

If this doesn't work there might be a procedure you didn't complete with the mother board.

i rechecked the cpu it is placed correctly on the motherboard

the power, reset and light switches are also placed corretly

i replugged the 24 pin and 4 pin psu cables also

and it still doesn't show anything on the monitor
