[Question] Bios Emulator

Right so i have been googling around and found a few sites like lenova giving their bios emulator on their site. I'm looking for a software or that can running any bios if you have the file for it? trying to help my brother but hes way over in another country and has bad internet so i thought maybe if i had an emulator for bios that i can find it for him and tell where to find it. Old friend of mine told me i can do it with virtualbox but thats all he said lol been checking for that too but no luck. If anyone can send me in the right direction much appreciated!
