White PC build I  would like the Monitor to be 2560x1440 with 60hz+ refresh rate, Headphones to have a Microphone, and Keyboard to be backlight and TKL.

and you may want a better (higher wattage) power supply maybe somewhere around 750

im not to fixated in an type on 980ti just wanted to put that in there for my ocd purposes im going to looking on hardware swap and craigslist for 980ti's on the cheap so yeah :) im eventually gonna watercool the gpu too should i go custom loop on the cpu then?

I';d go with something like this, slightly higher spec ram, costs less.. better PSU costs less.. any custom cooled card that costs 30 less than a stock asus..

I havent seen any deal on Corsairs Website actually. But yeah theyr the big ones. Doesnt include SATA cables tough.
