I can't get into my bios at all. I've tried various keyboards but when I boot my pc it does not seem to register that I have a keyboard plugged in until after the OS has loaded. I tried using the Bios Mode setting on my Corsair K70 keyboard but that is not helping either.

I need to change the boot order, but can't get in at all. Any tips?

Can you try using PS/2 keyboard? Or try resetting CMOS. It almost sounds like you have fast boot/skip POST enabled. Its not on by default so resetting CMOS should help. If anything, it prompts popup which has option for entering BIOS.
