I never timed mine when I was on Windows 10, but if I had to guess mine was around there, if not slower.  I have the same SSD as you.

Your boot time can vary depending on components other than your boot device; try editing your boot order to prioritize your SSD, if that doesn't help it could be your motherboard having a long initialize time in which case there may be a fast boot option in the BIOS.
