Help in simplifying logarithms

Pull the 1/4 out leaving you with

1/4 (log (x)-log (y))

Log(x)-log (y) is equal to log(x/y)

You just need to simplify the expressions inside the logs and divide them.

01010010 01101111 01100010  01001101 01100001 01100011 01010010 01100001 01100101
