$1,500 Virtulization Build

I made a build on PcPartpicker. Earlier this week, I posted an amd virtualization build and tried it out with Intel. My only rule is that I could only use 2 used parts. The Windows is from Microsoft software swap and the HDDs are from the real price at micro-center.

Is this to run multiple gamers on one tower or are you running a server... with graphics cards? Or just plain wanting to run VMware?
