Dell Support Legitimacy Help

Go to solution Solved by vanished,

Looks like it's the actual dell website so I would think it's fine :)

Usually you want to check if something is a scam before you go through with it though, not after

Hello everyone, my laptop broke a few hours ago, and I contacted what I think it Dell Support, but I just need to make sure. I apologize if this is in the wrong sub forum. Can any of you legitimize this Dell chat screenshot? Using a trackpad atm so sorry for poorly blotted out info.

EDIT: Has been resolved by a post on this thread.

My legit rig:

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.

If you got to the live chat, from Dell's website, then yes, it's legitimate,

Also, why didn't you also hide your email in that chat, instead of just your name?
