Hi!

I want to paint my blackwidow chroma, but I have no idea what spraypaint I should be using?

Should I use primer and what brands do you advise? Few brands I can get here are: Motip and Rustoleum. Oh and is it a good idea to use some sandpaper before painting?

Thnx!

Krylon Fusion for plastic (or comparable product)

Just hold the can a couple of feet from the board and paint a super thin layer, after it drys up paint another super thin layer and repeat until it looks how you want it to.

The result:

The only fucked up part is the right corner with the icons. Little bit if paint bleed and is was hard to cut the painters tape straight out.

But these icons were already badly designed by razer.

Overall I'm happy with my first time painting result :)

Thnx for the tips btw!

Looks great, would look awesome with some of those translucent keycaps!

I actually just painted the back-plates for my video cards this weekend, it's a little work but painting this kind of stuff is easier than people make it out to be.

I might get white translucent caps. I don't like fully translucent since you can see the inside of the key.

Yeah, I'm not a fan of the transparent keys either.  The slightly translucent ones that just let the light through are awesome though, I have some on my off brand keyboard.
