not many used parts where i live. most of them are old gpu's like gt series and 5xxx series from amd.

As said before, you might be better going off used parts.

460, so 60 bucks more, but has a lot of room to upgrade.  a new cpu and gpu would be good later, but the parts are solid and the mobo will take a lot bigger processor
