OK so I have this old PC with an intel core 2 quad q6600, intel dp35dp, 4 GB ddr2 of RAM, nvidia 9400gt+ a physx card, and 2 500gb hdd in a raid 0.

I'm trying to replace the nvida cards with an xfx and r7 370 and that wouldn't go past the intel bios splash screen. So I can't go into the bios. I recently replaced my psu that was 520 watt with a 750 watt that worked fine with the old cards but not the new one by itself

What did I do wrong and please help.

There was a problem about hard drives not working but the power cord on my power supply popped out and I'm not used to a semi modular one.
