csgo server fiends cant join

iam trying to set up a csgo server for me and my friends. ive got everything set up except they cant join :( i can also only connect when i go to community maps and then lan. if i just go straight into the console and type"connect 99.236.127:27015 (my public ip address) then i cant connect.

i have port forward (27015), and i did set up game server in steam.

when they try to join it will time out after 30 trys
