Cpu cleaning, will this be good ?

Hey guys

I am about to clean my old laptop cpu, and was looking to buy some isopropil alcohol on amazon.
I found a cheap product to buy, but it is written '' 50%P ''　on it. And not on the other, more expensive products.
Will this be good ?
Also: I am in japan ^^

I think it would be better to go to your local pharmacy and pick up some isopropyl alcohol. The stuff you have there will work, but it will take longer to evaporate since it appears to be only 50% concentration.

It would work ... but when the alcohol evaporate it could leave some fluid on the cpu that evaporate much slower, to be sure you should take a 99,9% or 99% alcohol. 

 Some disinfectants will do the job aswell or acetone.
