For those who know anything about Underage Sex laws and such more specifically Statutory rape laws is the male or the oldest person that is convicted?

- If one of them is over 18 and the other isn't, its the older one.

- If they are both underage, nobody cares until one of them says or parents force them to say that they were "raped" by the other one, even if both consented.

- Most often lawsuits come out of this when a parents finds out that their kid is having sex and freaks out, whether that be the girl or the boy. The child of the crazy parents doesn't want to say that they consented so their parents kinda "force" them to say that they were raped.
