Can't get into safe mode

Hi,

Been trying to get into safe mode to uninstall gpu drivers but cannot get it happening. It tries to log in but ends up restarting the system. What can I do?

Main PC CPU: 7700K, MOBO: Asus Strix, GPU: Aorus Extreme 3080, PSU: EVGA Supernova G2 750, RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB Storage: 970 Evo 1tb

Lounge PC CPU: 4790K MOBO: Asus Hero VII GPU: EVGA 3060 Ti PSU: Corsair RM650 RAM: Kingston HyperX 16gb Storage: 970 Evo 1TB

If your on win 10-8, there is a new way to get into safe mode

"If you can boot the PC to the login screen, you can hold down the SHIFT key while clicking on Restart to be taken to the troubleshooting option screen where you can enable Safe Mode"

If that doesnt work, there seems to be a lot of people with the same problem
