Ok guys, i've got an ASROCK X79 extreme 9 and im using a thermaltake frio advanced for a cpu cooler, it has 2 fans, the first fan i connected to the CPU_FAN (4pins) on the motherboard, it works fine, but the second fan i connected to the CPU_FAN (3PINS) and when i start the computer it starts spinning and stop after 2 secs while the first fan keeps spinning. I tried moving it to a CHASSIS_FAN (4Pins) but for some reason it still spins at fullspeed even tho it has 4pins for the pwm. I can't use it at full speed because its too loud.. do you guys have any idea on how to fix this?

It's fairly normal for UEFIs to run fans at top speed until the control loads in. Imagine it as a safety margin while you don't have control.

I'm aware of that, the second fan keeps running at fullspeed even after the windows is fully loaded.
