Custom Gaming Build

Okay, just to start off with, I already own the PSU, HDD, CPU Cooler and RAM from an old build and due to not having enough money I will be using them. This PC will be for gaming and atleast for now I do not plan to overclock, I have a 1080p monitor so thats what resolution I will be gaming at. And as you can probably tell by the case and GPU I do intend for this to be fairly quiet. I will be using Amazon UK (GPB) for my orders, and prefor the vendor amazon not third party vendors. And do not intent to spend more than the parts already cost. If you have any recommendations feel free to help it would be much appreciated. Would this be a good build for what I am looking for? Also I do know I would be much better with an ssd however I do not have a bug budget right now I will use a exciting hdd until I have enough for an ssd. And also I also know there are amd cards out there that are cheaper and preform better however I do not intend to use amd and I do much prefer nvidia, and it's softwares.

The R9 390 is the AMD card that costs less and is better than the 970.

More than 2x the usefull vram

Edges 970 out in most games.
