steam issue's

If you can read what the photo said it said download scheduled for 4:03. My issue is it will games and software from steam will download for about a min then stop then repeat when the scheduled update starts then repeats. I can figure out why. I changed my download sever and set Now limit on the data network but it keeps crashing/stoping. Also my PC it connected via Wi-Fi.

If you don't want to reinstall steam, you can try this.

Delete all things in E:\SteamLibrary

\SteamApps\downloading

Won't this delete unfinished downloads ?

It will, but it can solve the problem. And according to his question, I think he hasn't download many things.
