 My screen randomly has weird partial screen flickers and iv tried every test to see what part is causing this but cannot find anything. when i am stress testing, furmark prime, ect. my screen will not flicker but when im sitting doing nothing it will sometimes have partial screen jumps. and ideas as to what could cause this. the screen is from a old build and works fine with everything else and i tested all my parts in my old system and they run fine :(   running 4770k, gtx780, 16gb corsair platinum, samsung 840 boot drive, 760i psu. my normal temps are low 30's and at most when benched are 50.

Have you set your refresh rate to the same as your monitor? 

 

This can be done in Screen resolution > Advanced settings > Monitor > the highest refresh rate you can.
