I've had this problem for a while now and it's really starting to bug me, My CPU (AMD A6-4400M) keeps (or what I think its doing) capping itself at around 900MHz. It does it randomly just drops to 900 and stays that way, I've tried googling the problem but I can't find anything and I don't know the problem or how to fix it. Please Help!.

the 4400m is a 2GHz max chip right?

900 mhz is it's lowest speed, it'll go down to that when it doesn't need to run faster or if it senses it's running too hot

It says it's max is 2.7GHz and I've done some tests with Intel Burn test and it only runs at 900MHz I checked the task manager as well and it flat lined. Even when It's cool it would just go down to 900MHz randomly, even when I first start it up it will just stay capped at 900MHz.
