I'm buying I new CPU what motherboard is the best for around 100-150 that will go with a black/red theme

The CPU is a i7-5930k

You will need to drop down to a i7-5820, even then the only true difference is less PCIe lanes and that is not needed unless for 4-way SLI and maybe 3 if you use up PCIe lanes in another fashion. Get a 5820k and a MSI X99 PLUS

 

EDIT- i7-5820k, the 5820 doesn't exist.

EDIT #2, Also are you upgrading because you are getting into say video editing, recording or streaming ect ect? If not, that $500 towards a R9 Fury or R9 390x would be much more worthwhile or if you can wait a AMD Polaris GPU.

The CPU is already bought  I have a gtx 960 I just need a motherboard so you guys think I should save for a x99 motherboard
