Ill call SuperMicro, thanks for the advice.

Actually just did a bit of research and it seems like the only difference between LGA and FCLGA is the manufacturing process, and has nothing to do with the actual socket/connection between the chip and the mobo. Here is a link to SuperMicro's page showing off their Intel e5-46xx v3 compatible motherboards.

EDIT:

The one compatible motherboard there is a quad socket motherboard.

I think any compatible motherboard will do. You might want more than 2 DIMM slots though since video editing likes lots of RAM.

My ~$200 USD build:

AMD A8-7600    G. Skill Ripjaws Z @1800 CAS 8     EVGA 500w 80+ PSU    Gigabyte GAF2A68HM-DS2H Motherboard

Honestly I can't seem to find one. Best bet IMO would to be to call a company like SuperMicro, who makes server motherboards and ask them. I believe is a difference between the FCLGA2011 and LGA2011 and that CPU is FCLGA2011. Don't quote me on that.

Even better, thanks a bunch, I'll continue to look into it.

I'd get a E5-2670-v3 instead. Much less expensive, 12 cores, threads AND you can actually get a single socket motherboard for it (Here is a list of a SHIT load http://www.supermicro.com/products/motherboard/Xeon1333/#2011)

While I am looking at processors, do you have any recommendations for where to buy them?

Depends on your location, but Newegg is generally the place to go.
