I would like to know if I can pry out my GSkill Ripjaws V DDR Heat Spreader without using heat? Please halppp.

I would not recommend to just pry you could potentially pull the RAM chips off the PCB, using a hair dryer on high to warm it up to loosen the adhesive is usually your best bet.

Should I replace the adhesive after I remove it? I want to paint my RAM heatsinks coz they don't go well with my all white build. Is a regular 3m double sided tape enough to replace the adhesive?

If you can take off the heatspreaders without damaging the thermal tape you can re-use it however if it doesn't come off cleanly you will need to replace it with new thermal tape of the same thickness. While I guess you could since RAM doesn't get that hot 3M exterior mounting tape would not be best since it's not meant for conducting heat.

I have a guide here under Motherboard and RAM Painting, note things are still broken due to the recent update:

Can I ask one last thing? Could this kill the RAM if did wrong?

It's always a risk but if your careful when taking it off and proper realigning the heatspeaders for install things shouldn't have a problem. The hardest part is taking it off since most use fairly sticky thermal tape to prevent it from moving or coming easily loose.
