Super Budget Laptop

I need a laptop that is for about $100. It will be connected to a tv via HDMI and will only be used for my parents to watch a stream. If you are going to suggest a chromebook please also suggest a windows laptop because they might need to download a program.

If you have to go cheaper i think you will have to go used or second handed laptops.

Not really, I got a couple for my parents but they were at least 200. It works enough for their big screen tv. They didn't need other programs and stuff as they had an older Windows machine that is rarely used for that stuff.

You can try to put windows onto the chromebook
