Hey guys, I have an Asus HD 6870DC and for some reason when I boot and I scroll in a web browser or move windows/minimise or restore them it flickers as if there is some horrible form of screen tear and lag. It does not occur in games though.

This occurred after I attempted to unlock the core voltages which for some reason are still not unlocked (SmartDoctor doesn't even know the card exists and afterburner even after editing the config doesn't allow v control). I've tried on different drivers. The only way to solve it is to change the resolution or refresh rate and change it back every time I boot. Anyone got any ideas?
