one awesome thing is Shader Caching which helps in some games a great deal

 

other than that, not really much you can do all everything else non gaming related in standard Windows display settings

So, right now i only have the graphic drivers installed from AMD - no other program. But im wondering if it is good to have the CNext/Catalyst software installed? What does it provide?

You can change the fan speeds and indeed overclock, and use any other features e.g. virtual super resolution.

You can monitor the temps as well.

 Almost as cool as my temps
