Wasn't sure if kb/m and display were covered so they are included.. 

My friend wants me to help him plan a build for him. he already owns a case and power supply (600w). His budget is between 600 and 800 canadian dollars and the goal here is to play CSGO and Overwatch and whatever maximum settings there are. 

My previous builds were rather unorthodox so I have no idea where to start. 

So far the only plan I could come up with was to start with 

i5-6400 ($270)

Gigabyte Ultra Durable GA-B150M-D3H ($125)

HyperX FURY 8GB ($42)

 

And then see what sales are there for a GPU and probably grab a 1tb WD blue harddrive.

 

Any advice would be welcome.
