Best Black PSU?

Whats the CHEAPEST PSU with all black cables (not extensions), obviously I want a decent brand but it really needs to be a low price. my build hits 430w so i'd like at least 500w total.

I do like.. but thats pretty expensive still.

I mean for a build like this a cx might work

if possible i'd prefer a shorter PSU, even if its a bit more. because this will be installed in a lot of Mini-itx Cases fr reviews
