Do I need a PSU Upgrade?

Hey guys i am looking to buy one of the new Volcanic Islands cards in the mid tier. Here are my specs right now:

 

i3 3220

500Watt Cooler Master Power Plus

Radeon 7770

8gbs Corsair Vengeance

Gigabyte B-75 D3H

WD 1TB Blue

 

If so any recomendations?

This. Although a qualified guess would be no. You're powering a mid tier card now and power efficiency tends to improve (although this is not always true). You will most likely be fine.

The mid tier cards are most likely going to be in the range of 135W-185W TDP. Even if they reach a TDP of 225W, 500W should be able to handle it.
