I have a problem with my gta not being able to be in fullscreen borderless

I put it on full screen borderless but when I alt tab the game just stops moving until I click on it again

Does anyone else have this problem?

I usually play any game in full screen borderless so that I can alt tab easier and still see what's going on in game.
